About me

Welcome! I am a Professor at Bern University of Applied Sciences. I earned my Ph.D. in 2022 at the University of Fribourg, where I am also affiliated as a research fellow.

My research focuses on understanding decision-making in organizations, grounded in microeconomic perspectives. I am also interested in experimental methods and open science.

My current work asks how emerging technologies and new ways of working, from artificial intelligence to hybrid work, are changing knowledge work, organizations, and society. Since summer 2025, I have held a Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) career grant, “Managing Knowledge Work”, supporting this research program.

Teaching means a lot to me, and I love interacting and engaging with students, always trying to inspire the next generation of decision-makers.
